Directions to our Corporate Office: Located between Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, and Sam's Club. At the end of the Sam’s Club parking lot, drive around the tan wall & line of pine trees. Our Corporate office and parking area are facing North toward Concord Way.
About the Position: As a Contact Center Agent, you would be responsible for upholding our company's 'Customer First' commitment in determining how to address a range of customer inquiries, providing effective and timely resolution and follow through to deliver customer service and build both customer satisfaction and loyalty.
