Many circumstances can limit individuals and families from gaining economic self-sufficiency. However, there is hope because in most communities there are agencies and programs that can help. These programs can assist you if you have a lack of education, limited English-speaking proficiency, a not so perfect work history, or a physical or mental challenge.
