He focuses on accelerating their growth as leaders. For twenty years, he served hospitals as a member of the hospital administration, including ten years as the Administrator/President. With the dramatic changes that started in the 1980's, Mr. Maxwell participated in hospital mergers, acquisitions, and sales.
