Laurie works with a team of Googler’s to resolve operation and administrative issues for a large retail organization. She has extensive experience in customer service, training, and project management in a fast paced environment where change is constant. In addition to her work with Google Apps, Laurie is also the Director of Marketing and Communications for a local sports club, where she enjoys the competitive environment.
