Formed by Richard & Andrew Aaronson in 1995, the firm has been responsible for the construction of over $1,500,000,000 of institutional quality residential and mixed-use projects containing over 5,500 residential units since its inception.
 

Operations

Atlantic Realty Partners operates with a headquarters office in Atlanta, Georgia and a regional development office in Chicago, Illinois. The company develops luxury apartment communities in three primary density configurations:

• Suburban Garden Walk-Up
• Near Urban Mid-Rise
• Urban High-Rise often with Mixed Uses

The firm has 60 full-time employees engaged in property management, construction management, and development management activities in the Southeast and the Midwest.

The Atlanta office is responsible for all payroll, accounting, finance, and property management. Its operations are supported by cloud-based software solutions.
