Rate of pay: $17.20

INTRODUCTION
Under the direction of the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, the Hand Mail Worker will complete warehouse and fulfillment tasks. Other tasks may be assigned as determined by Project Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Hand Mail Worker completes Federal and commercial work tasks as assigned by the Managers.

The incumbent is supervised directly by the Project Manager.
PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, and/or interpret language. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance. The employee is regularly required to sit four to five hours daily, move throughout the building to transport materials, and communicate with coworkers and supervisors. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to thirty pounds.
The work environment is a warehouse facility with inherent echo characteristics. The noise level is generally quiet to minor noise levels, with occasional moderate noise levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Individual must be able to follow supervisor instruction and be able to learn new work tasks.
