Overview

Na Ali'i is looking a Contracts Analyst, Data and Reporting to support their Contracts and Procurement team within their Shared Services line. 

Responsibilities

The following duties are representative of the essential functions for this job but are not comprehensive. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to this job at any time.

 

  • Maintaining Contract, Subcontract, and Vendor information in Deltek CostPoint and CMS module
  • Configuring and generating reports from CostPoint/CMS based on requirements
  • Support reporting functions, such as Small Business Subcontract Plan Reporting (ISR & SSR), FFATA Subcontract Reporting, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining electronic contract files and addressing routine contract communications and notices.
  • Cradle-to-grave contract administration support

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills, Effective Oral and Written Communicator, Keen Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Word, Excel,Outlook.

 

Education and Experience:

  • This position requires an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in federal prime or subcontracting.
  • Familiarity with reporting in one or all of esrs.gov, fsrs.gov, sam.gov, etc.
  • Experience in subcontracts administration or buying is preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARs
  • Experience with Deltek/Costpoint CMS is strongly preferred.

Certification: Not required.

 

Clearance: Not required but must be able to obtain security clearance, if requested. Must be a U.S. citizen.

 

Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use stairs without assistance
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
  • Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,000.00 to $100,000.00 (Annually USD). The good faith hourly range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
