What will I do as a Donor Engagement Manager?
In partnership with the Director of Advancement, Catholic Charities team members, leadership, and volunteers, you will impact fundraising to advance the mission of Catholic Charities. This position will employ best practices in donor relations and fundraising, from written communication, remote and in-person visits, to small or large group events. Additionally, this position will manage a portfolio of prospects from identification, cultivation, solicitation, to stewardship and renewal, working in collaboration with agency leadership and staff as appropriate.  As a Catholic Charities team member, you will be motivated by our mission to serve neighbors in need with dignity and respect and steward resources wisely.

What are the requirements?
A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.  Three to five years successful experience in non-profit fundraising preferably in social services or for the needs of those living in poverty and diverse populations.

Frequent travel and occasional attendance at evening or weekend events is required.
