The Senior Building Envelope Consultant is a specialized role in the Facilities Senior Project Manager position. As a Facilities Senior Project Manager, you have strong leadership skills as well as a great eye for detail. You are heavily skilled both out in the field and working with clients. Leading your team by example is second nature to you – through excellent assessments, studies and reports. You have a passion for all things facilities – forensic investigations, non-destructive testing, condition assessments, and the design of repairs. You are extremely hard working and strive to ensure that your team delivers the best quality. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
Providing assessment and investigative services for the built environment
Preparing technical reports and proposals
Maintaining and developing a client database
Surveys, testing, analysis and design of repairs to existing building elements and systems
Managing budget proposals and invoices
Taking the lead in business development and marketing
Overseeing project managers and technicians
Forensic investigations, property condition assessments, roofing, non-destructive testing, and waterproofing

BS, BArch, MS, or MArch in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
8-10 years of building envelope consulting or related experience
Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
