Properly use inspection equipment in accordance with Customer requirements, Argon procedures and ISO compliance. You will use height gages, caliper, micrometer, square, projector, pin-thread gage to complete 1st piece, in-process and final inspection. Interpret and understand Job Traveler, blueprints, drawings & deviations to insure compliance. Alert team to potential problems, safety issues and make suggestions to increase efficiency. Assist engineering and manufacturing to insure accurate information exists by updating drawings, job travelers and programs. Identify proper materials for the job and check type, size, quantity, quality and also traceability. Assist ISO internal audits and interpret ASTM & AISI standards.
