Veterinarian Receptionist

Job Description
A family owned Veterinary Clinic, south of Milwaukee, is seeking a Veterinarian Receptionist
Full-Time or Part-Time available
24-38 hours
*Can be fairly flexible with hours*
$12-14/hr based on experience
Previous Veterinary Receptionist experience is preferred, but not required.
Office hours are reduced due to COVID-19.
7:45am - 6pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays & 9am - 3pm on Saturdays
Employees typically work from open til close, or 1/2 days, depending on their needs.
Duties include but not limited to:
Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.

- Answering customer's incoming calls
- Greeting in-person customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting with billing, payments, and customer accounts
- Assisting the Vet Techs and Veterinarians as needed
