Job Description
* Create simple allover Prints & Graphics layouts and colorways
* Amend existing Artworks post Line Review: layouts or colors
* Checking Artworks are production ready: Cleaned, color separated, correct repeat size, correct repeat tile.
* Work to resolve potential manufacturing/costing issues prior to Hand Looms (h/l), Knit downs (k/d), Lab Dip (l/d) and Strike-offs (s/o) requests development to ensure quality execution in bulk
* Setting up Mill Sheets for Artworks send out.
* Support H/L, K/D, L/D, S/O requests, review, tracking and approvals
* Archive and organize seasonal Artworks and Print headers
* Support Artwork counter sourcing
* You will have a strong aesthetic, great sense of design and color and an established understanding of the product development process
* Ensure fabric/Artworks pairings are appropriate and identify opportunity for innovation to ensure consistency in experience and delivery of value to the customer
* Accountable for helping come up with process improvements, scaling the business and seeking opportunities to positively affect division/ brand
* Understand business drivers and performance to continually seek opportunities to positively affect division/companyBasic Qualifications
* College degree required, preferable in Textile Design or related field
* Minimum of 4 years design experience
* Excellent sense of style and color
* PLM + Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) expertise
* Occasional travel required
* Extended knowledge of printing techniques, artworks production set up requirements, fabric properties, production cycle timeline.
* Retail Math
* Detail oriented with strong follow through
* Organized and ability to prioritize multiple projects
* Have a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
* Demonstrate initiative & proactive problem-solving skills
* Innovator/ Idea generator
