Position Description 
Position Summary
 

This Instructional Design internship will provide hands-on experience in a challenging environment giving interns the opportunity to create real content. As an intern, you will apply your skills in Articulate 360 and other applications to create multimedia elements. Towards the end of your internship, you will showcase your work to senior management.

The Internship will be 3 months in duration. The intern(s) will be expected to work 10 hours per week.

 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Work with subject matter experts to design, develop and maintain our e-learning courses
  • Collaborate with others to design and develop storyboards, graphics, media, and interactions
  • Develop engaging multimedia e-learning modules
  • Evaluate and maintain e-learning courses in LMS
  • Provide assistance to senior instructional designers

 
Position Requirements 
Qualifications
 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced degree in one of the following fields of study: Instructional Design, Learning Design, Instructional Technology, Game Design, or other relevant fields of study
  • Graduating in Spring 2021 or Fall 2021
  • Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.2 or higher
  • Excellent communication, detail-orientation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team or as an individual
  • Ability to manage multiple short-term projects simultaneously
  • Experience in multiple authoring tools: Storyline 360 and Camtasia
