What Will You Be Doing?

As a Driver, you will drive a tractor trailer and manually unload product at multiple customer locations using a hand truck. You will ensure compliance with Federal and State Laws as they relate to DOT and any other applicable traffic regulations. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction including on-time delivery of undamaged product. You will inspect the tractor trailer assigned to you for defects (pre/post trips) and submit DOT inspection report indicating the condition of the tractor trailer. You must work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products. 

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must have a High school diploma or GED.
• You must possess a CDL Class A license.
• You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with the Leadership Team, drivers, teammates and customers.
• You must have a minimum of 1 year driving experience or 50,000 miles tractor trailer experience.
• You must not have more than (2) moving violations in the past 3 years.
• You must not have been convicted of a DWI/DUI within the past (5) years in any vehicle, public or private.
• You must be able to drive the tractor trailer safely in adverse weather conditions, including darkness, rain, wind, snow and/or ice.
• You must be able to lift at least 60 pounds and handle a hand truck weighing up to 400 pounds when fully loaded.
• You must be able to use a dolly or hand truck in heavy lifting and shifting loads on wet, dry, icy, bumpy or uneven terrain with frequent curbs and obstructions.
• You must pass a background check and drug screen.
