Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently seeking an ICA Team Manager to join our growing Connections team. The Connections team partners with adults with disabilities and frail elders on long-term care needs to help them plan and direct support and services — close to home to reach their desired goals. Connections follows a flat, collective leadership model where all staff are valued, heard, and encourage to share insights and challenges transparently.
Our team managers support a team of IRIS Consultants while also supporting a small caseload of IRIS participants. The position is primarily Monday through Friday, first shift, but requires some flexibility to meet the needs of participants and the organization.
