Inbound Sales Work From Home

Job Description
As an inbound sales representative or bilingual inbound sales representative working from the comfort of your home, you'll take calls from potential customers to understand their unique insurance needs- no cold calling! We'll provide the office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, you'll have the support of a collaborative, virtual team and ongoing coaching.
Must-have qualifications
- One or more years of college education or relevant work experience, which must include:
- Customer service, sales and/or influencing others
- Fast paced and changingenvironment
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Effectiveverbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- Must live within 120 miles of Indianapolis, IN
- Ability to report to a local claims office on your second day on the job to provide I-9 documentation
Pay Rate:$16.50 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience, plus:
An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours
Training starts 08/24/2020; Monday - Friday; 10:00AM-6:45PM EST for 5 weeks
Work schedule: 3 Options to choose from, all include a weekend day
Work from home office details
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 1mbps down and 0.5mbps up
- Computer or router physically connected to the modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
- All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
