Curative Title Specialists

The Curative Title Specialist position is responsible for reviewing title commitments and identifying any and all issues which will prevent an insurable title. The Title Curative Specialist also clears any and all defects in title.

Examiners

The Examiner is responsible for the day-to-day examination of title files. This position reviews compiled information pertaining to the subject property and then utilizes codes to properly identify each item to be disclosed on the preliminary report.

Title Services Representatives

The Title Services Representative reviews all documentation to ensure marketable/insurable title. This position communicates will all parties involved to facilitate all title curative issues in a timely manner and is responsible for the completion of all aspects of the quality control and curative process established by the company.

Funding Services Representatives

The Funding Services Representative is responsible for processing all files that have been approved for disbursement. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to this position. This individual should have knowledge of title and settlement services industry.

Closing Services Representatives

The Closing Service Representative will be responsible for working with signing agents, closing offices and attorneys to schedule closings as directed by Lender/Contract with a thorough understanding of all the documents utilized in a closing package. This will include preparing title documents as necessary and reviewing signed loan packages ensuring all title and lender requirements have been met in accordance with the Closing Instructions provided.

REO Closing Services Representatives

The REO Closing Services Representative will be responsible for the completion of all aspects of the REO loan closing process from Contract initiation to Disbursement. This will include reviewing cleared title commitments, preparing settlement statements, ordering Deeds, working with signing agents, closing offices and attorneys.

Recording Services Representatives

The Recording Services Representative is responsible for all aspects of document recording process. This position assists with the day to day Recording operations reviewing documents pre- recording and submitting them either electronically or through the mail. This individual will have a working knowledge of title and closing services, and knowledge of state and county recording requirements and cost calculations.

Title Agency Representatives

The Title Agency Representative assists with the day-to-day title agency operations and Home Equity closing services. They must have a working knowledge of title underwriting requirements. This position reviews all title clearance requests for accuracy/quality and updates title insurance commitments appropriately and ensures the accurate collection of policy premiums and that all requirements as set forth on the commitment have been met prior to the issuance of a title insurance policy.

Title Escrow Officer
Escrow Officer supports the day-to-day licensed activities of Title operations. Escrow Officer assists in ensuring the direction, management and performance of the licensed Title activities in production and knowledge of procedures and systems.

Details of the sign-on bonus:

• $1500 sign-on bonus
• Payable in the first paycheck following the successful completion of 90 days of employment.
• Eligible for candidates who are hired and submitted their application received May 13, 2020 through May 30, 2020.
• Agency candidates are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
