POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vendor Services Lead oversees a team of Vendor Administrators who, manage preventive maintenance, service documentation, and customer support for our CES customers. The Vendor Services Lead will maintain professional relationships with partners and third-party service providers to ensure all vendors are meeting performance standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day vendor performance, work with vendors and internal resources to ensure proper transaction handling
  • Lead assigned team members in the provision of consistent high-quality services within targeted productivity, efficiency and accuracy metrics
  • Support vendor intakes & dispatch process for scheduled/corrective maintenance
  • Review and recommend changes in controls, policies, procedures and systems to provide the most efficient, cost effective administration of VM
  • Ensure that all vendors are meeting expectation of performance responsibilities outlined in services contracts or statement of work
  • Complete special projects as assigned by Vendor Services Manager

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree required OR minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience guiding and coaching others
  • Experience in improving and maintaining and effective documentation processing systems
  • Experience in leading mid-scale divisional projects

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and in an electronic ERP system
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend and stoop numerous times throughout the day
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet department needs
