Kratos Training Systems (KTS) has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager. The KSTC Orlando Facility is the corporate headquarters for training systems and services. As a senior program manager, you will be responsible for leading a large program that provides Aircrew training capabilities to various customers across the globe. Representative tasks and duties include:
Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, to anticipate obstacles to success, and to advocate internally on their behalf.
Review project team deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to internal and government standards and requirements.
Provide leadership to troubleshoot and solve complex technical and non-technical problems, seeking ways to mutually support customer requirements and business objectives.
Manage project risks/opportunities and impact of changes, develop and execute mitigation plans, proactively manage escalation of issues to appropriate stakeholders, and manage scope creep.
Manage relationships and performance of sub-contractor scope of work to support program cost, schedule and performance objectives.
Provide interface, communication and coordination with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to existing contracts and bid and proposal activities.
Act as a change agent to streamline program execution with maximum return to both internal and external customers.
