Infrastructure Cloud Services International Intern (Fall 2020)

Job/Internship Description
The Infrastructure CloudServices International Intern responsibilities include the following:
- Performs IT infrastructure analysis and provides technical and non-technical support [primarily refers to as servers, storage, network, data center (Passive infrastructure)and infrastructure related services] to support BMW implemented ITIL processes
- Supportsthe Infrastructure team by providing timely documentation for planning,implementation and maintenance of infrastructure that performs to defined businessexpectations
- Develops and updates departmental reports and presentations tosupport infrastructure work-flow processes
- Tracks migrations, upgrades,lifecycle, and projects
- Successfully completed an internship/working student assignment within the BMW group (3 month period minimum)
- Be currently enrolled in a University study program outside of the US
- Completed intermediate diploma/pre-degree
- Must provide the following paperwork in English:
