EVENTS & HOSPITALITY MANAGER

Events & Hospitality Department

TX Whiskey Ranch

TX Whiskey Ranch & Pernod Ricard are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Events & Hospitality Manager. This person will report directly to the company's Director of Events & Hospitality and will play a key role in the company by offering the highest level of customer care to all of our guests, clients and customers in many ways including event bookings & brand event activation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction through customer care, product & company knowledge.
  • Handling all incoming communications (both phone & email) & all customer site visits in a timely and courteous manner regarding all events at Whiskey Ranch.
  • Work with our Reserve calendar system to handle all aspects of event booking from initial inquiry, to contract and collecting payments and ensure that full company access to calendar system is clear & correct.
  • Learn and be able to give detailed full distillery tours to all guests & clients.
  • Creation, coordination & management of all VIP tour & Internalbrand events including Whiskey Wednesdays, F&R Concert Series, Special Classes Programming and creative new brand experiences.
  • Track all event guest counts and detailed financial reporting on all events.
  • Work with all departments on all event timelines, room layouts and vendor load in/out.
  • Work all internal & external events at the Ranch as needed - including evenings, weekends & holidays.
  • Handle hiring, scheduling, training & payroll for all part-time event liasons.
  • Create new relationships with external groups and organizations to bring in consistent and large groups of guests to Whiskey Ranch.
  • Set the example as a F&R brand ambassador to all guests, clients and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • High level of customer service experience including brand & event management.
  • Effective in problem solving, verbal & written communication
  • Advanced computer & MS Office Suite skills. Reserve experience preferred.
