Regional Processing Manager

Responsible for driving operational and executional excellence within the assigned Regional Processing Team.

The position is accountable for delivering results while leading, coaching, and developing employees. He/she will collaborate with the Mortgage Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and quality. Supporting a high-performance culture, process transformation, and customer focus.

The position leads a team of approximately 8-12 mortgage loan processors.

Responsibilities of the Regional Processing Manager:

• Provide proactive and progressive solutions to anticipated and unanticipated business needs and assist the Mortgage Operations Manager in identifying opportunity's to better the process, procedures and technology.
• Managing day-to-day activities of team pipeline and adjust workloads accordingly to ensure closing dates and SLAs are met.
• Personally accountable and holds direct reports accountable to established quality, cost to produce and customer service levels while retaining and energizing talent to ensure employees have the capability to thrive in the company's culture
• Works cooperatively and communicates effectively with each mortgage department to ensure a timely and smooth resolution to loan questions, escalating appropriately when required.
• Remain current on all Mortgage industry guidelines and practices.
• Responsible for the hiring of new team members to the processing team.
• Responsible to review and share reporting with the team to drive goals and standards.
• Annual Reviews of direct reports
• Monitor and approve timecards and additional functions in Workday.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience and Knowledge

• 8 years of working in Mortgage Lending
• Strong proven leadership and management skills
• Has a strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze metrics, summarize, and present with the intention of informing and influencing
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending operations and processes
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and grow talent
• Successful performance management
