Primary Responsibilities
Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions to automate provisioning of software development and processing resources
Promote the use of DevOps techniques and resources throughout the organization
Create, maintain, and support data pipeline tooling to be utilized by developers
Provide support and training for developers
Configure monitoring and respond to alerts
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure resources are appropriately allocated and utilized

Qualifications
Required
Python and/or PowerShell task automation
Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate technical information to individuals of differing skill levels
Experience with git
Experience with Jenkins or similar Continuous Integration systems
Enthusiasm for collaboration
Communication that is clear, logical, and cordial
Insatiable appetite to learn
Grit to make it through the difficult problems
Pride and ownership to want to make everything better
Basic software development principals (e.g. “Don’t Repeat Yourself”)
Preferred Experience
Experience working with confidential information
Cloud administration experience (AWS or Azure)
SaltStack and/or Terraform
Comfortable working in the Linux command line
Experience building and orchestrating container-based solutions
Education / Work History
2+ years of experience administering Windows and Linux systems
Associate's degree or higher
Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field

This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Indianapolis. Applicants must be willing to work onsite in the Milliman office.
