Infosys is seeking a Java Architect with Micro services/AWS experience. As a Technology Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Required Qualifications:
* Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
* Extensive experience in Java, Spring boot, Micro services, AWS, React JS, React Native.
* Experience in designing end-to-end J2EE applications.
* Ability to design solutions using modern architecture styles like Micro services.
* Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point with excellent analytical skill.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder
* At least 4 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams.
* Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
* At least 7 years of experience in project execution.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
