Responsibilities
What you'll do in your role
Working as an Intern in Las Vegas with the Site Development Team you will get experience and exposure to many of the following daily responsibilities:
  • Support of senior project team members across site development organizational functions
  • Analyze and report on project milestone and site attribute data to identify project risks, reveal trends, and gather business insights to improve project deployment
  • Creating new and improving existing business processes
  • Creating presentations to communicate project status updates
  • Coordination and communication on interdepartmental tasks and processes
  • Report on and prepare presentation materials for assigned projects
  • Coordinate with and support market project deployment teams as needed
You'll contribute your creativity and great ideas, working alongside innovative colleagues and mentors who will push you to be your very best. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to make an immediate impact.
Qualifications
The experience you'll bring
You're currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a Finance, Construction Science, Business or Data Analytics focus. Aside from your degree path, we are looking for the following skills:
  • Maintain internal Intake for Purchase order requests
  • Request PR creations through SRT process
  • Pull and distribute daily/weekly reports to Employees and assist with receiving/date change requests on Purchase orders
  • Initiate and coordinate Check Requests
  • Verify Site readiness from a finance standpoint-Creation of tool to assist
  • Support Lease routing process
  • Coordinate with and support market project deployment teams as needed
