Financial Service Industry Cyber Transformation Lead

Key Role:

Lead impactful and cutting-edge Cybersecurity transformation engagements for top-tier commercial financial services clients that deliver significant competitive advantages and differentiated Cybersecurity capabilities. Lead complex enterprise transformation projects that require new behaviors, new operational processes, and new cultures to protect financial leaders from today's and tomorrow's Cybersecurity threats. Coach executive-level clients through organizational design, operating model, and technology decisions required to build an enterprise Cyber capability across the dimensions of people, process, technology, and data. Lead cross-functional teams to provide hands-on implementation assistance and coaching and build trusted relationships with influential clients. Report transformation progress up to board-level executives, showcasing the business value of security initiatives. Evaluate, drive, and staff a portfolio of new and transformative security opportunities across the financial sector and throughout the consulting life cycle.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in a tier one professional services organization and building strategic cyber programs for commercial clients that blend organizational and technical solutions to deliver defense-in-depth

-5+ years of experience with leading teams in the financial services industry

-Experience with cloud fundamentals and cloud adoption in the financial sector

-Experience with conducting business development activities across the consulting life cycle, including ideation, lead generation, pursuit, deal closure, and relationship management

-Knowledge of financial services business models, trends, challenges, and technologies, including fintech

-Knowledge of the regulatory landscape driving cybersecurity in financial services, including the intersection of cyber, technology, and risk

-Ability to shape, design, and manage teams that produce deliverables independently within a short time frame in a collaborative team environment

-Ability to travel between 50-90% of the time

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with banking preferred

-Experience with implementing strategic work in an agile manner

-Knowledge of human-centered design tactics and techniques

-Knowledge of agile fundamentals and practices

-Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

-Possession of excellent facilitation and consensus-building skills at the executive level that can connect the security organization

-MA, MS, or MBA degree preferred

-CISSP, CISM, or a similar Certification
