The Opportunity
As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a Treasury Intern for our 2020 Summer Intern Program. The Treasury Intern internship is a 12-week program that is focused on providing a college student with practical business experience. It allows him/her to develop leadership, technical, and communication skills as well as broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in school and "get a taste of the real world" before they are fully committed to it. The Intern participant will be better able to apply concepts learned in the classroom and will be able to ask more poignant questions of their professors to further their goals and education. This position is located in Raritan, NJ.
The Responsibilities
- Assist Treasury with preparation of the Cash Flow and Foreign Exchange presentations and reporting, FX hedge recommendations and Cash flow forecast variances;
- Assist Treasury with special projects
- Utilize Bloomberg terminal and Reval Treasury Management system to pull market data and prepare analyses.
The Individual
- Undergraduate in the field of: Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Minimum GPA: 3.3
- Minimum Year in School: 3rd year
- Applicants must complete an Intermediate Finance or Accounting class prior to starting internship
- Very good communication & presentation skills
- Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Pro-activeness and willingness to bring innovation forward
- Self-driven to actively seek new knowledge and grow new skills
