Tellurian, Inc. is seeking to fill 1 part time position for the position of Community Recovery Specialist (CRS) with the MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Program located in Madison, WI. The MAT program is helping those dealing with opiate addiction. We facilitate supportive care and referrals for medication assisted treatment providing an innovative approach to treating heroin and prescription drug addiction. This team assists clients in community living by increasing their skills, competencies, societal integration, independence, and life satisfaction. This position would be approximately 24 hour per week with a negotiable schedule.

Tellurian Inc’s mission is to provide essential social services to individuals with mental health, substance abuse or co-existing conditions, in addition to providing services to the homeless with mental health and/or substance abuse problems.
Position Overview:
Full time position working in a multi-disciplinary team providing community case management and service coordination for adults with Opioid Use Disorder. This is a fast paced, direct service position with the majority of services being provided in the community. Areas of focus may include symptom management, medication monitoring, housing, medical care, psychiatric care, and benefits coordination.
Essential Functions:
Enroll consumer with a medical provider for medication assisted treatment
Conducts an assessment of an individual's needs
Develop and implement person-centered recovery plans
Complete and maintain client-related records
Encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, while helping them to develop insight into themselves or their relationships
Provides support to individuals, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and working towards their defined recovery goals
Minimum Requirements:
Certification as a CSAC or SAC-IT with WI DSPS required
A Master’s Degree in health/social services
OR a Bachelor’s Degree in health/social services and two years paid experience
OR an Associate's Degree in health/social services and two + years paid experience
CCS experience and certified, preferred
Bi-lingual, preferred
Pass a criminal background check and be free of offenses prohibiting employment under HSF12 at the time of employment, and annually thereafter.
Valid Driver's License
