Job Description
The Installer Apprentice is the 2nd man on a 2-man, traveling install team. Not necessarily knowledgeable in all aspects of installation but has the basic set of skills necessary and is willing and hungry to learn and advance. Qualified candidates, will advance quickly/
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
• Follow the Lead Installer and do as instructed.
• Learn and practice proper install techniques on all fixtures.
• Communicate effectively with the Lead Installer.
• Communicate effectively with the Install Manager.
• Able to travel 60-70% of the year, usually on 3 to 14 day trips.
• Trained on the proper installation of all fixtures by the Lead Installer during On the Job Training.
• Trained on the proper way to fill out all paperwork by the Lead Installer.

• Able to work with extremely flexible work schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, without any major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ideally have a credit card, with $5,000-$10,000 credit limit- for expenses occurred within the filed (Expenses are reimbursable). Or have a valid checking account with a debit card (at minimum).
• Must have a smart phone with a major carrier and data plan
• Must be able to pass a background
Communication Skills
Able to communicate effectively with fellow employees.
Physical Demands
Include prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and extended periods of power tool use. Must be able to travel extensively nationwide. A normal range of hearing and vision.

Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while
performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with
disabilities to perform the essential functions. While employee may occasionally work locally on a noisy shop floor
or in a large warehouse, most of the work is performed while traveling over the road in a construction environment,
sometimes outside of normal temperatures.
Education and/or Experience:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Familiarity with power and hand tools.
