Position Highlights The Grant and Contract Coordinator II supports the effective implementation of current Center for Recruitment & Retention of Mathematics Teachers (CRR) programs, supports the evaluation and regular reporting of programs, actively seeks new grant requests for proposal, and supports the creation of grant proposals for current an ndw programs. The Grant and Contract Coordinator also provides strategic support for CRR programs and events, and serves as a liaison to CRR sponsors ad potential sponsors. The Grant and Contract Coordinator is part of the CRR Team, and as such helps in other roles as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify and support the planning of, and response to requests for proposals from grant sponsors.
  • Problem solving through multiple programs/events (Induction, HEMS, AmeriCorps, and special events) to report on goals reached, stakeholders served, and capture narrative highlights.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding data collectiona nd program evaluation.
  • Support the programmatic needs of the CRR programs through planning, implementing, and participating in statewide and regional technical assistance and finance meetings.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and collect and report evaluation data.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience grant writing and reporting
  • A clear understanding of grants in education or non-profit space
  • Strong writing and communication experience
  • IVP level fingerprint clearance card
