What you will do:
- Partner with content teams to assist with data, reporting, and analytics initiatives in support of roadmap development and other business initiatives.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, with a focus on usage.
- Provide ongoing reports and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Review analytics associated with topical tagging trends and performance.
- Create processes that ensure users get consistent, accurate results from the data they rely on.
- Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency within team processes and reports.
You need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, BusinessAdministrationor equivalent experience
4 years' experience in data analysis, using BI tools and excel.
Experience with structure query language (ETL processes, data mining, modeling) and/or building advanced dashboards in Tableau is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
