We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Salesforce Solution Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Salesforce platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce architecture and administration, with a proven track record of success in optimizing and customizing Salesforce to meet the needs of a growing organization.

Salesforce Architecture

Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our Salesforce ecosystem, including customizations, integrations, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-0functional teams to define requirements, scope projects, and develop technical solutions.

Integration and Data Management

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, insuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
• Manage data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives within Salesforce platforms.

Salesforce Development and Configuration

• Design and implement, and oversee the implementation, of custom Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, enhancements, integrations and automation.
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to support business processes.

User Training and Leadership

• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce platform.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices guides for end-users.

Governance and Best Practices

• Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment.
• Conduct regular health checks and assessments of the Salesforce instance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement data management and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Architect are highly desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and architecture roles, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working in Agile development and using tools such as JIRA.

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The minimum salary is $92,200 and adjusts along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
