We are currently seeking a Senior Healthcare QA Test Analyst to join our team in Albany, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Overview of the Job:

The Senior QA Test Analyst will work with the Medicaid Transformation initiative team to establish and execute UAT Testing while coordinating vendor and client testing activities. The Senior QA Test Analyst will be responsible for writing test documentation, planning/coordinating testing activities and coordination of UAT Testing activities related to the project.

Responsibilities

The following describes the required qualifications and high-level responsibilities for the NTT DATA Services position.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead the establishment of UAT Test processes and procedures to support the Medicaid Transformation initiative through planning and executing UAT Testing activities
  • Review testing artifacts to identify and document QA Testing issues and recommendations relative to the implementation and maintenanceof the Medicaid Transformation initiative vendor deliverables
  • Write the UAT Test plan, plan UAT Test schedule, and report on status and results of UAT Testing to the client
  • Review vendor testing artifacts throughout the System Development Life Cycle for quality, compliance, and completeness, documenting the observations and findings using standard checklists and comment matrices
  • Other tasks as assigned by the client

Required qualifications include:

  • Five (5) or more years of QA and/or UAT Testing experience including writing and executing test scripts and tracking defects to resolution
  • Three (3) or more years planning and coordinating UAT Testing activities, such as writing a UAT Test Plan, conducting daily stand ups and weekly status meetings, coordinating test team communication, and completing UAT Test Execution reports, results documentation, etc.
  • Three (3) or more years working in a System Development Life Cycle using Waterfall methodology, in a health care environment and/or government agency
  • Ability to assess technical and testing documents and results against industry standards and best practices
  • Ability to review testing results and evidence to recommend acceptance or rejection
  • 50% on site in Albany, NY

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications including Office, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid methodologies
  • Experience with writing and/or reviewing Testing requirements, Test plans, Test Results and/or deliverables
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form, to collaborate and engage as a high performing team member with the QA team and client representatives

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $80,000 to 100,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
