Arden Companies, a leading manufacturer and distributor of outdoor patio consumer products and pet beds, has an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in our Fort Wayne, Indiana plant.
We are searching for experienced professionals with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a proven track record of success. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
Location: 3510 Piper Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46804
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Participation in plant safety initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Must be comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
- Strong time management skills.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years Maintenance Experience
- Welding Experience

- Warehouse/Manufacturing Facility
POSITION INFORMATION
This position pays $20.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
