Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am - 6:00pm
Scheduled dates and hours subject to change at employer discretion

JOB SUMMARY
The Concierge provides high-quality customer service support to site residents. The Concierge proactively anticipates the needs of the residents and offers creative solutions to meet those needs. The Concierge will provide "above and beyond" service by being seen as an expert resource and will be knowledgeable of the Minneapolis/St. Paul and greater Twin Cities area. This position, on occasion, will also provide support in leasing apartments when the need arises.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Coordinate amenity reservations, which could include areas like party rooms, business center, and guest suites
  • Establish a network of vendors that can provide convenience services for residents
  • Arrange and assist residents with services such as: dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off, grocery delivery, accept and deliver all packages, deliver floral arrangements, arrange for maid service, taxi service and set-up guest parking
  • Provide information, recommendations, and booking services for residents with regard to dining, theatre, concerts, sporting events, etc. Stay up to date with events and ongoing activities to provide current information to residents
  • Plan and organize resident events to help maintain or increase resident retention
  • Assist residents who are out of town by feeding pets, watering plants, picking up mail and newspapers
  • Greet and assist residents, vendors and prospective clients. Show and lease apartments as needed and assist office staff with daily tasks such as filing, delivering, and managing move-in gifts
  • Manage community/resident communication instruments, such as Facebook page and weekly community newsletter
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Candidate must have a general knowledge of either the Property Management or Real Estate industry
  • Previous concierge or hospitality experience or a candidate with concierge certification is preferred
  • Some higher education or vocational training specializing in marketing or hospitality industry is desired
Skills and Abilities:
  • Fluent in English and skilled in oral and written communication
  • Ability to use tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous manner when dealing with co-workers and the public
  • Decision-making, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously with self-direction
  • Communication skills with an outstanding customer service approach
  • Candidates must be willing to have some flexibility in their schedule, as various events and activities may require evening or weekend hours
  • Candidates must be professional in appearance
  • Real estate licenses must not be active while working in this role
