HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Oracle projects, with a strong emphasis on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex Oracle implementations, possess exceptional soft skills for effective stakeholder management, and demonstrate expertise in agile methodologies. This role requires the ability to lead a team of developers specializing in Oracle EBS and SOA integration, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level Oracle projects, with a focus on Oracle EBS and SOA integration, from initiation to closure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of project milestones.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including Oracle EBS Developers and SOA Integration Developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between project deliverables and business requirements.

  • Implement agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the execution of Oracle EBS development activities, including design, development, unit testing, production deployment, and support.

  • Ensure compliance with Oracle EBS best practices, development standards, and quality assurance processes.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the project team to promote professional growth and development.

  • Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle project delivery.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (7+ years) managing enterprise-level Oracle projects, with a focus on Oracle EBS and SOA integration.

  • Strong soft skills, including communication, leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

  • Expertise in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Experience leading teams of Oracle EBS Developers and SOA Integration Developers in a collaborative and agile environment.

  • Deep understanding of Oracle EBS Suite 12.2.4 or higher, Oracle Fusion Middleware, BPEL, and other SOA components.

  • Strong Understanding with Oracle EBS development tools, including Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle ADF, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.

  • Knowledge of integration techniques between external applications and Oracle ERP systems, including XML, SOAP, JSON, BPEL, and SOA 12c.

  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS modules, such as Service Contracts, Install Base, Field Service, Oracle Projects, and Receivables, and their integrations.
