The Workplace Team is hyper focused on the Pinterest employee experience. Our mission is to create environments and experiences that inspire Pinployees across the globe to love their work. This role will help define our real estate strategy and execution, support our portfolio/office planning, and work with stakeholders on our BI strategy.
What you'll do:
- Own the entire leasing process from site selection and negotiations to execution and administration.
- Build a high performing and scalable team, focused on generating actionable insights into our real estate portfolio and workplace environment.
- Act as aggregator for real estate and workplace planning activities, including headcount/space forecasting and opex/capex.
- Build trusted relationships across business leaders to ensure alignment between real estate and workplace investments and company strategy and culture.
- Develop management dashboards to monitor relevant metrics such as occupancy and financial impact to inform future decisions as part of a real estate and workplace strategy.
- Define global standards based on a thorough understanding of business requirements and employee experiences as a thought leader and subject matter expertise in corporate real estate.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of CRE experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a corporate environment.
- Advanced analytical acumen, familiarity with CRE technology applications and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen and verbalize ideas effectively.
- Experience and proven leadership in global, large scale project planning, reporting and budgeting.
- Passion for Pinterest, our culture, values and mission.
- Ability to travel.
