All about the role:

We're seeking a tech-savvy individual who can not only mastermind the inner workings of crucial applications but also take charge as a Functional Analyst with finesse.

In this role, you'll lead the charge, taking ownership of one or more applications to ensure they seamlessly integrate into our organization's overarching systems architecture. Your expertise will keep our systems humming along smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Own the development and implementation of solution roadmaps and to ensure successful introductions across the organization and with customers.

  • Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.

  • Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.

  • Identify, screen, and evaluate new solution opportunities to address unmet customer needs.

  • Partner with key staff members to create strategic business plans.

  • Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that customers have the solutions they need and in the media best suited to their requirements.

  • Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university with 7-10 years of business/industry work experience delivering Enterprise-class solutions.

  • Minimum 5 years of support and implementation experience in SAP SD.

  • Experience building and supporting (SD portion) of transfer processing, pricing, drop shipment, parcel, services, consignment, credit management, tax procedures, and rebate processing.
