Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Vice President - Operations the Retail Banking Manager is responsible for the performance and oversight of all State Bank of Reeseville's offices, including operations, opening new accounts, onboarding of new accounts and loans and CSR training in accordance with the bank's objectives. Actively participates in daily branch operations, operates a cash drawer, opening of new accounts and onboarding of new loans. The Retail Banking Manager provides leadership, accountability, encouragement and training to Branch Managers, Personal Bankers and CSR's in accordance of the bank's core values. Assists in implementing new systems or modifications to existing systems and procedures. Performs other tasks and projects as requested.
