We have a position for a Human Resources / Recruiter with large government contractor. This position is a long term contract and 100% remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Office.
- Responsibilities include functional areas such as departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment and employment.
- Need to have staffing and recruiting experience
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years of staffing and recruitng experience is needed..
- Experience with HR, onboarding, benefits, orientation, etc.
- Excellent time management and communication skills
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $37.00
