Job Description

Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I position.

This individual is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems and directing members to the appropriate people. Prior new account, lending and sales experience is preferred; prior credit union experience is helpful.

The scheduled hours for the position will be between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and Saturdays between the hours of 8:30 AM - 12 PM as well as other hours as needed.

This is a Grade 7 - Hourly Position with benefits.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.63 per hour.
