Assists in maintaining a clean and healthy working environment for the business or facility. Ensures the interior, exterior, or both areas of the building are sanitary and free of trash and debris.

Maintains outdoor grounds (mowing and weed eating)
1. Removes debris and snow from sidewalks.
2. Cleans the interior of the building including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
3. Disinfects commonly used items like door handles, phones, and breakroom furniture.
4. Empties trash cans and recycling bins.
5. Stocks and maintains the supply room.
6. Vacuum sweep and mop floors.
7. Clean and maintain restrooms.
8. Wash and clean windows and mirrors.
9. Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.
10. Dust furniture and fixtures.
11. Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.

1. Previous Custodial experience preferred but not required.
2. Good attention to detail.
3. Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
4. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
