THE JOB

As an Assistant Butler, your primary role will involve inspecting, preparing, and coordinating suites for our Mansion guests. You'll be the face of hospitality, setting the stage for their experience with a warm smile and impeccable service. By attentively listening to their stories and understanding their individual needs, you'll take ownership of their experience, crafting unforgettable memories that extend far beyond their stay with us!

THE PAY RATE Starting at $16.00/hr

THE DAY TO DAY

• Assist in serving meals, snacks, beverages, and other food items to guests, and ensure thorough cleanup afterward

• Provide support for personal services such as haircuts, styling, manicures, massages, and other guest requests

• Remain easily accessible throughout your shift to promptly address any guest needs or inquiries

• Prepare and deliver orders to assigned Butlers, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

• Keep the Butler's pantry and other designated areas orderly and functional

• Promptly report any issues or safety hazards to your Supervisor and assist in implementing corrective actions

• Proactively identify and rectify any service-related flaws before they impact the guest experience

• Collaborate closely with Butlers to anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance as part of the team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks

• Previous experience in a luxury resort setting

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus

• Fine dining experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Presents themselves in a professional manner

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Proficient in bilingual communication

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays

• Food Handler Safety card

• TAM card
