Our West Indianapolis, IN center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences on an as needed basis. Days needed: Full Time hours Monday-Friday with two later evenings until 7

Compensation: $70,000- $85,000 annual base with potential for sign on and loan reimbursement packages.

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

Required Credentials:

• New Grads welcome to apply!
• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinical rotation
• Affiliation with APTA recommended but not required.
• State licensure/registration where applicable.
