Job Description

The Regional Account Manager's (RAM) main priority is selling and executing Red Bull strategy and initiatives with a set group of Regions, Divisions, or Banners of a specific national chain. Key responsibilities include building highly productive retailer partner relationships at the region/division level; fostering strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners & DPs, owning the development & execution of innovative sub-national strategies, and managing data analytics and scorecarding.

EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 2 + years in Sales and Key Account experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries or within a Direct Store Delivery DSD) operation
  • Should have experience in chains (Value/Dollar preferred)
  • Robust analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (i.e., Nielsen, Circana)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Innovative, creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel 40-50%
  • Permanent
