The salary range for this role, based in New York is $61,700.00 to $77,100.00 range will vary if outside of this location.Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Coordinator, Experiential assists in managing events/sponsorships and across the Pernod Ricard USA portfolio. The candidate will be exposed to a wide range of activities and help the team manage key initiatives and brand programming across the portfolio. The candidate will report into the Director of Experiential and will work in close collaboration with the Director of Partnerships, and the Strategic Brand Communications team, amongst other cross functional partners.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

- Assist in planning and execution of PRUSA brand, internal, employee events a.

  • Acts as shared resource to support key designated brand events or as part of the experiential planning team.
  • Assist in management of the experiential agency relationship for designated brands and projects. In working with the agency, help coordinate all aspects of planning through to execution.
  • Work with key partners including internal communications, S&R, brand teams, legal and compliance.
  • Manage vendors directly to create budget efficiencies for smaller brand activations and or internal/ corporate event activations.
  • Manages calendar of events and ensures key stakeholders are informed and update.

- Measurement and Reporting

  • Help in the collation of event recaps, merchandising of events, earned media programs in collaboration with overall Brand Comms team in building a holistic ROI measurement and results recapping cadence.

- Assists in financial management and budgets for all projects.

  • Helps with creating new vendors, setting up in system with necessary legal approvals, executing and shepherding PO through financial systems and any AP inquires or issues to troubleshoot across the team.

- Assist in various administrative tasks to better the day-to-day processes and function of the Brand Communications team.

- Onsite event assistance.

  • Act as on-site point of contact for experiential activations which could include oversight of set up, event coordination, management of agency partners (if applicable), execution and ROS. Travel could be required.

Nature & Scope

Position typically works with Brand Communications Team, Field Marketing, Internal & External Communications Team, Cultural Diversity and Inclusion, Brand Advocacy, Legal, External Agencies. Communication can include sensitive information, requiring confidentiality and discretion in dealings with contacts.

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

- Experience / Background

  • Minimum three to four years experiential marketing/sponsorships/communications/account management experience either with an agency background and/or brand is required.
  • The fundamental underpinning of this role is understanding "client service" and serving in a counselor capacity.
  • Relevant corporate experience is beneficial, and an understanding of the alcohol beverage industry is a plus, though not required.

- Skills Necessary

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen eye on presenting self in the most positive and professional manner (as a steward of the company's brands).
  • Self-motivated. Ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple managers and distill direction into action. Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Prioritizes workflow to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Approaches work in a meticulous, thorough, detailed and results-oriented manner.
  • Ability to multi-task while paying close attention to detail. Strong organizational, client service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel after work hours and on weekends.
