YOUR MISSION

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Site Operations Manager DTC Ecommerce, your main responsibility will be to oversee all operational workflows to ensure that our customers have the best possible shopping experience. You will be setting and maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency within our Go-To-Market strategy. Additionally, your keen attention to detail will help build a culture of excellence and drive the achievement of our business goals.

YOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations related to ecommerce merchandising and content: Data feeds, product activation, promotions, merchandising maintenance, and reporting.

  • Build automation path through SOP documentation of workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.

  • Own end to end process for creation, testing, and quality assurance of promotional campaigns within our Ecommerce platform.

  • Provide expertise and knowledge through collaboration with key stakeholders on all Product Attribute and Launch Data, ensuring its accuracy, validity for use customer facing and architecture molding from source system to destination.

  • Maintain Ecommerce site category hierarchy and accuracy of all page information including partnering with SEO experts to optimize.

  • Work closely with the technology/development team on pushing projects forward and identifying bugs.

  • Partner with Product & Innovation team to prioritize future enhancement requests, communicate the status of, and analyze the impact to onsite performance once completed.

  • Ensure product photography process and required assets for activation are meeting best in class standards set..

  • Gather and analyze sets of data to find key insights and identify areas of opportunity and operational improvement within the broader team.

  • Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve goals through management of budgets and purchase order expenses for merchandising and content team.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to ensure we maintain best in class features within this competitive landscape.

YOUR TALENT

YOUR TALENT (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in an Ecommerce Operations or related role.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with project changes, and reliably meet deadlines.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to drive strategy decisions.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.

  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible.

  • Experience working with Ecommerce platforms, product and order level data, ERP's and related Ecommerce technology.

  • Proficient in MS Office and excellent Excel skills
