Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage student scheduling, ensuring all activities and class allocations meet student needs and operational standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of student schedules, attendance, and class assignments.
  • Create and distribute key documentation related to student academic profiles and schedules.
  • Act as a point of contact for student inquiries regarding scheduling and attend regular scheduling meetings.
  • Manage office communications, including handling calls, emails, and mail, with precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain and order office supplies while ensuring operational equipment is in good working order.
  • Support a safe and respectful learning environment in accordance with Job Corps' commitment to harassment-free education.

What You Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative support preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational or training setting.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with word processing applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
