Summary:

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Logistic Analyst III for the anticipated, five-year contract with the Department of Defense, 3rd Infantry Division (ID) G-4 Asset Visibility/Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A) Property Accountability Team. As part of the GCSS-A property accountability team the Logistic Analyst will expertly provide the G4 GCSS-A Echelon Below Division Section with GCSS-A property accountability support. Each Echelon Below Division level is responsible for an organization consisting of seven (7) battalions and HQ's and TDA.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Provide GCSS-A accountability support for maintaining accountability of the equipment assigned to the organizations using the GCSS-A standard automation system.
  • Manage Class II, IV, VII and VIII Major End Items in GCSS-A thru the Army Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) requisitions, statuses & equipment received through the Installation Supply Support Activities (SSA), U.S. Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA) and DA Equipment Item Managers.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Decision Support Tool-Sourcing Module (DST-SM) and Army Vantage Program in order to properly plan and provide special instruction on the execution of equipment redistribution for all Echelon Below Division units.
  • Provide a broad range of consulting services, including program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development.
  • Perform a variety of tasks that require both practical and experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in specialty areas.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten (10) years' experience in supporting Brigade Level Asset Visibility & GCSS-A Property Accountability efforts.
  • Experience working with LMI-DST, FMS Web, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-Army), and Army Vantage.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
