SUMMARY

This position is responsible for preparing and coordinating any functions pertaining to employment, compensation, labor negotiations and employee relations. The Human Resources coordinator plays an active role in formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management. This position conduct will conduct research, analysis and reporting in addition to daily tasks and lead small continuous improvement projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle Administration duties including running reports, data input, supply orders, meeting admin responsibilities and event coordination
  • Responsible for HRIS/Record retention such as maintaining personnel files, maintaining employee data in systems and providing training and direction for other system users
  • ER Facilitation, ensuring visibility to associates and providing information regarding policies and answering HR related questions; coordinate various meetings and oversee events; maintain compliance postings; compile information and support stand up meeting materials; helps facilitate the facility engagement team process

* QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in progressive HR support role
  • Experience with the staffing process (screening, interviewing, etc.)
  • Highly motivated with ability to pro-actively provide support

  • Capable of independently managing multiple tasks/projects in a professional, efficient manner

  • Experience with Peoplesoft/Oracle and Kronos applications
  • Strong at sorting and organizing information to develop informative clear communication vehicles

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
